Terms of Service for Mandakini Skoles – Facilitator of Mindset Shifts

Welcome to the services of Mandakini Skoles. By engaging in my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
As a facilitator of mindset shifts, I offer coaching sessions, workshops, and other related services aimed at enhancing self-awareness and personal growth.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Active Participation: Clients are expected to actively participate in sessions and apply the insights gained to their daily lives. You will power is the key to unlock transformative shifts.
- Honesty and Openness: Clients are requested to be honest and open during sessions to achieve the best results.
- Respect: Both clients and facilitator are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law. Confidentiality extends to all forms of communication, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees: Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the first session.
- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
- Refunds: Refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the facilitator.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in the session being charged in full.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without any penalty.
7. Limitation of Liability
While I am committed to helping clients achieve their goals, I do not guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions. I am not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the application of insights gained during sessions.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Agreement
By engaging in my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
